MISA Atlantic invites you to the 2016
Canadian Public Sector Lean Summit

April 17 - 19, 2016

and MISA Atlantic AGM and Planning Meeting

In Fredericton, NB,  April 20, 2016

Hello MISA Atlantic Friends!

MISA Atlantic and the City of Fredericton are partnering to bring you The Canadian Public Sector Lean Summit.  Special breakout sessions will be available for MISA members to discuss how the Summit content impacts technology demands.  In addition, MISA Atlantic members are invited to stay on an extra day for MISA meetings on April 20th.

The overall theme of our Summit is “Building Resilient and Sustainable Communities Using Lean Six Sigma and Asset Management”.  Many municipal and provincial government departments are developing interest and expertise in these areas.  The various Summit speakers will reinforce the message that to be sustainable, municipalities and provinces must ensure good value for money and proper protection of assets.

Our keynote speaker for the Lean Summit will be Dr. Alan Robinson, coauthor of Ideas are Free and The Idea Driven Organization.  As well, we will have a panel discussion in a plenary session featuring:  Mayor Brad Woodside, Fredericton; Janice Baker, CAO of Mississauga; Dan Florizone, President and Chief Executive Officer Saskatoon Health Region; and  Edith Doucet, Clerk of the Executive Council and Head of the Civil Service, Government of New Brunswick.

Check out the postcard below.  Please spread the word about our Summit to your colleagues and contacts.

Looking forward to seeing you all in Fredericton in April!
